Eyelash extensions are an art form and as such, there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach for all clients. Having a good aesthetic eye combined with expertise and experience will help your eyelash technician determine which look will be most flattering on you based on your particular eye shape. One such art form that exists in the world of lashes is that of mixing curls. But when is it best to mix curls and for which clients is it most suited?
MIXING CURLS TO CORRECT NATURAL LASHES
Some clients have natural lashes which are not all the same – some may curl up and some may point downwards. In a case like this, mixing curls will help the lash line blend into one another, giving a nice overall effect. An example would be if a client had straight natural lashes in the inner or outer corner of her eye only. The solution would be to use one type of curl on the straight lashes, and another type of curl on the remaining lashes so that the results are even and blend together seamlessly.
